Brilliant Bushcraft!

Primary 3 enjoyed a fantastic visit to Vogrie Park, where they were introduced to Bushcraft. There were loads of opportunities to work with others and learn a real variety of new skills. The sunshine and large amounts of mud were just an added bonus!  Here’s what we got up to:

Building hammocks . . .

Learning how to build fires . . . .

Toasting marshmallows . . . .

Creating Stick Men . . . .

P7 Robotics Projects

P7 have had an exciting opportunity to build their own robot. They have been working on their projects at home for 6 weeks. As part of their home learning they have had to research robotics, design a robot which solved a problem that they had, create a detailed drawing and then finally build their robot. This week they have had to present talks to the class about their robot and their learning.

All of the children in P7 have put a lot of effort into their projects, A Big thanks to anyone who helped at home! Please have a look at some of our photos below! We will upload the rest as soon as we can :)!
